The castle of Chenonceau is situated in the municipality of Chenonceau in Indre-et-Loire, France. He is a part of the series of castles collectively called the castles of the Loire.

The castle of Azay-le-Rideau is a classified monument belonging to the State and situated in the municipality(Commune) of the same name, in Indre-et-Loire, in France. He was bati by the treasurer of the 1st king François. He was built between 1510 (Gilles Berthelot decides on his construction) and 1528 and is one of masterpieces of the first French Renaissance.
