A reservation can only be done per fax/phone or e-mail. An offer will be sent to you. The validation of the offer will only occur after this one is returned properly signed.

Transport

The basic tariff includes transport of 1 to 3 persons regardless of destination.

Night tariff

The night tariff is applicable between 20:00 pm and 08:00 am for any service including departure or arrival between these hours. In such cases the basic tariff will be increased in 20%.

Price

The invoice for the service will be according to the offer. If the client wish to make a detour or to drive further the supplementary kilometers will be charged at the rate of 2,30€.

Payment

The bill will be payed in advance (30 %). The balance will be payed at the arrival. You will get a receipt. Bank money transfers are accepted from companies.

Cancelling a reservation

A reservation can be cancelled per fax or per e-mail. if the cancellation is done 12 hours before the agreed journey’s start an invoice will be sent charging 50% of the total amount. if the cancellation occurs within 8 hours before departure time the client will be sent an invoice for the total amount of the required service.

Vehicle

in your own interest and for your personal comfort our vehicles are non smoking spaces. They are equipped with air conditioning, telephone and all glass panels are tinted black.

Pick-up charge

I will meet you for free in the area of 10 km around angers. Beyond that kilometers will be charged 1 €/km.

Tariff

Given prices in euro are valid from april the 1^st 2008 up to december 31^st 2008 and are to be understood net.

According to tax law, article 293b, VAT is not applicable.
